Hi all first time posting here forgive me if i posted in the wrong section i have a problem with one of my ASR routers in a production environment, we are observing irregular cpu process percentages and response time on ssh terminal is quite slow. It is quite a busy router with at least 3 major aggregation links pushing average 300M each (all gig ports). here is an output of show proc cpu sort command. seeing that there is high asr1000-rp-punt, this is an issue on the switching type on the router? how can i bring this down? we do have dynamic NAT running as well on this router for about 2000 customers (though not all connected at the same time) as well as a few route-maps
this is the ios we are on
asr1000rp2-adventerprisek9.02.06.02.122-33.XNF2
Also have noted that this router has had software crashes"
