Cisco ASR1K SNMP MIB to add in Solarwinds

hi,

we currently just monitor ASR1K CPU and memory and temperature sensor, which i believe is the default in solarwinds NPM.

i need to add monitoring to ASRK1 power supply, fan and other modules. i tried to do an SNMP walk using an open source tool but i'm not expert in MIB/OID and can't seem to find the MIB for the ASR modules. see attached photo.

does anyone know the exact MIB or OID to point in solarwinds?

i'll also be adding MIB for nexus and 3850 switches as well. any help or guidance is greatly appreciated!

Hello,

you might want to use the Cisco MIB locator:

hi georg,

this is a nice tool!

however, it doesn't have a user friendly text or description.

i tried to run the said tool and saw below, do you think these are used to poll/monitor ASR1K modules?

CISCO-DEVICE-LOCATION-MIB

OLD-CISCO-CHASSIS-MIB

Hello,

what you need are the two MIBs below. I have attached both v2 MIBs as zipped attachments:

CISCO-ENTITY-FRU-CONTROL-MIB
CISCO-ENTITY-ALARM-MIB

thanks! i'll confirm this with TAC as well.
