cisco certificate status

dear expert 

i schedule to enter exam " TShooT " but unforunatly i don't know if i test and success i will be CCNP Certificate ? 

coz i achieved  BSCI exam from 3 years ago . then achieved switching last year . 

Finally , what is steps to be certificate CCNP . 

need your advise PLZ .
