Cisco config translation

So I recently got some new IOS XR Cisco routers (NCS 540 and 560) to upgrade some old EOS 3750s in my network and I was wondering if anyone else had this experience with translating the config for the migration. How can I work or what can I do in order to do this as correct and efficient as I can without also buying the extra professional services?

You have two attributes that you would like to achieve: 1) correct/efficient 2) not expensive. They tend to be mutually exclusive. If you really want the process to be correct and efficient you really need to hire someone with better experience and insight that what you have. If you do not want to hire someone then your process of achieving the correct configuration will almost certainly be slow and error prone.

You need to decide how you will weigh the attributes and whether some compromise is possible (hire someone with some good experience but less than a truly experienced professional .
