cisco ios 2811 issue

I bought cisco router 2811 from ebay and when start it  I cannot start the conf mode it stuck in rommon mode 

what do I do to start config mode?

problem is Compact Flash:not present no flash so no IOS. 

check the front panel of the 2811 you will see compact flash on the left, I hope you have compact flash and just needs reseating!
