you need a CCO account with appropriate privileges to access the bug search tool.
In the bug search tool you can perform searches by using some words as keywords for example ARP or you can get a list of bugs for your platform and IOS version and then you start a bug search by reading the bug descriptions one by one.

The tool allows to export the list of bugs in an excel file.
but the key point is to have a CCO account with appropriate rights to acces the tool itself.
If you haven't you need to contact the Cisco partner that have sold you the router and have them to perform the bug search on behalf of you.
