cisco IOS error

I have this error when I start my router

Bad RAM at location 0x00000000: wrote 0x00000000, read 0x00000400

Which is the problem? How can I fix it?

That error looks like the router is having difficulty accessing its memory. Can you reseat the memory in the router or swap the memory from this router with another router? That might help. Otherwise it may be that what is needed is to open a case with the Cisco TAC.
