where can I get Cisco IOS for 3620 router

In the IOS upgrade planner. You need to have a valid service contract or smarnet with Cisco to download the image.

you need to have a valid CCO login to download the IOS from the Cisco Site.
if you have CCO login then you can download the IOS for Cisco 3620 from
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Software/Iosplanner/Planner-tool/iosplanner.cgi?get_crypto=&data_from=&hardware_name=3620&software_name=&release_name=&majorRel=&state=:HW&type=
for all Cisco IOS
