Welcome @network1215,
Me and everyone in the Cisco community is willing to help you.
We need to make your question more specific though.
In which part of the configuration process you are stuck?

This will give us a better idea how we can start helping you.

Hi Hector,

appreciate your response, I found below link which is exactly what I was looking for, that explains how you can setup the router from the scratch.

You may want to seek and contract a professional service if you want a complete solution.

For self-starter, you can read several sources to equip yourself the necessary to knowledge to build your LAN.

Here is a link about the design, https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/solutions/CVD/Campus/CVD-Campus-LAN-WLAN-Design-Guide-2018JAN.pdf.  I think your design should be an access layer, page 11.

Here is a link to get the configuration guide, https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/1100/software/configuration/xe-16-7/cisco_1100_series_swcfg_xe_16_7_x.pdf.

Typically, you configure your router with basic network and port configuration as well as configuring DHCP, WLAN, and security.
