CISCO ISR 4331 Keeps - needs to be restarted often

I have an ISR 4331. I have to restart often because users can't load pages.

The show int g0/0/1 command on the LAN interface configured with virtual interfaces indicate massive packet drops.

More than one inside toward one public IP' 

Check show ip nat statistics 

When traffic start drop check if there is drop in-to-out 

I think your NAT is exhaust abd you need more public ip's
