Hello
I have A cisco N540-ACC-SYS
the problem is after I power up the device 
It seems that the router is booting up but after a few seconds all back Fans stopped and the lights were white 
the status LED is Amber I the Alarm LED is Flashing Amber and there is no console output 
I've tried many ways but there were no solutions
could you help me with that

If no console output looks for me Faulty - raise TAC for RMA

If the router consistently fails to show any console output and the LEDs indicate a hardware fault, it is likely a hardware failure, and contacting Cisco TAC for a potential RMA would be the best course of action.
