Cisco Packet Tracer 1.7.2: Trying to Ping from one PC from one campus to a different campus, get error saying "Destination host unreachable."

I am trying to ping from a computer to a different computer from a different campus, but I get an error saying this (this attempt trying to ping both the router of the different campus and different computer from different campus):Any help in understanding why it doesn't work and solutions to the problem are appreciated. Said test network has been attached.

@DZSai hello,

On your ROUTERS you dont have any route to establish connection between campus. Check routes between border routers.

By the way,

You have many switch L3 device, But all of them has a default gateway as BORDER ROUTER, yours endvices also has the same configuration.

I suggest to as best practice to create a local lan for each branch officer and finish the configuration between border routers.

ITALY CAMPUS
Problem: ip duplicate address between campus
changes: ROUTER italy campus: interface g0/3/0 > ip address 192.168.128.2 255.255.240.0
changes: ROUTER italy campus: interface g0/2/0 > ip address 192.168.112.2 255.255.240.0

WEST HAVEN CAMPUS

Problem: ip duplicate address between campus
changes: ROUTER west campus: interface g0/3/0 > ip address 192.168.80.2 255.255.240.0
changes: ROUTER west campus: interface g0/2/0 > ip address 192.168.64.2 255.255.240.0

HAMDEN CAMPUS

changes:ROUTER hamden campus: interface g0/2/0 > ip address192.168.96.2 255.255.240.0

after these changes above, all will works well.
