Hello,

I put together a network that should get you started (zipped project file attached, saved in Packet Tracer version 8).

The routers serve as DHCP servers and dish out only half of the addresses available. Each router is running OSPF, and a floating static route with an administrative distance of 111 (higher than OSPF) in order to make it a backup route.
