I want to know difference between

●     Security (SEC)  LIC and  Security with No Payload Encryption (SEC-NPE)? What mean of no payload encryption?

Also what mean of this LIC  FL-1100-4P-HSEC?

Because of some International restrictions Cisco can not sell to some regions equipment that encrypts the payload of the packet (this would be especially VPN related capabilities). That is what NPE is about.

HSEC is an enhanced performance license.
