Cisco router 1941/k9(not powering on)

I have a Cisco router 1941/k9, S/No. FGL16252149. It is not powering on.

just please check the LED status at the front side of the router, it may be of Amber color, if you get this color then you are facing system error, and i think you might need to restore it to default.

how to restore it to default. console port is also not working. noting is display its black when try to access using putty.
