Good day,

On my router 3925 how to set clock in a permanent ?
After a reboot, the clock comes back to an old date without saving the time and date settings.
I have to "clock set" after a reboot, how to fix it?

Note:

the router in not connected to the internet
the router is using as CME, no server NTP (No PC connected to the router)

thanks

-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

I did the following:

SUMMARY STEPS
1. enable
2. calendar set hh:mm:ss day month year
3. configure terminal
4. clock calendar-valid /no delivred
5. exit
6. clock read-calendar
7. clock update-calendar
8. show calendar
9. show clock [detail]
10. show ntp associations [detail]
11. show ntp status
12. show sntp

Application :

1. enable
2. calendar set 20:33:00 21 December 2022
3. configure terminal
4. Router_Data_Voice#clock ?
read-calendar Read the hardware calendar into the clock
set Set the time and date
update-calendar Update the hardware calendar from the clock
6. Voice_Projets#clock read-calendar
*Dec 21 18:07:08.000: %SYS-6-CLOCKUPDATE: System clock has been updated from 18:16:40 UTC Wed Dec 21 2022 to 18:07:08 UTC Wed Dec 21 2022, configured from
7. Router_Data_Voice#clock update-calendar
8. Router_Data_Voice#show calendar
20:34:38 UTC Wed Dec 21 2022
9. Router_Data_Voice#show clock detail
20:35:04.467 UTC Wed Dec 21 2022
Time source is hardware calendar
10. Router_Data_Voice#show ntp associations detail
Router_Data_Voice#show ntp status
%NTP is not enabled.
Router_Data_Voice#show sntp
%SNTP is not running.

Now the router has the right time, I want to wait until tomorrow to see if it will keep the right time.

Note: the 4. clock calendar-valid is not provid on my router

That's not unusual whenever you use command references not specific to your device and its IOS.  However, often many of the same commands are used across different devices and IOSs.
