Hello a my costumer buys the model in object. I tried to config but the interface vdsl don't come up. I hope because is that is the wrong model for the italian ADSL.
Is possible that is about this that i cannot use it?

Here is what is supported by this router types of dsl as well in it , you need to check that your isp is using the same on their end

Hi mark here in italy we use the ANNEX A type that is supported from the model 867VAE. My customer buy the router on amazon and when ask me what model must buy i see that is indicated ADSL and i hope that have both type on board.
I ask you if is possible convert the 866 to an 867.

Hi i have never heard of them being converted as there specifically designed for certain types as below , 887 use annex a and m , 886 uses annex b
