I have a Cisco 2911 router and a Juniper SRX550. The Cisco 2911 is directly connected to the Juniper SRX550. I can ping both networks from either routers.

When I connect to https://172.16.128.1 from the Juniper SRX550, I'm able to login from the web gui.

But, when I go to https://172.16.128.1 from the Cisco router, get the "Your connection is not private page" just like on the SRX550, but then I get this.

What could be the reason for this?

I'll check the router tomorrow.  Thanks for your help.

Trying 172.16.128.1, 443 ... Open

[Connection to 172.16.128.1 closed by foreign host]

Hello

So from the Cisco router you can access the web site, now as the Cisco and juniper are directly connected which one of the two are closest to the web server.

Can you perform the same test sourcing from another interface on the Cisco rtr, either from the interface that attaches to the juniper or a lan interface, Also have you tried using a different web browser

telnet 192.16.128.1 443 /source-interface xxxx
