Hi,
I would like to know how to configure redundancy over two mpls links which are connected to a single cisco router and how does an "ip sla" can be configured to track the interface status of both links when there is bgp configuration in place forming neighborship over the two mpls links.
Can wan failover be performed dynamically if there is bgp protocol in place for the 2 wan links ?
Kindly advise..

Hi you don't really need ip sla for this as you can use the BGP metrics like localPref and make 1 link more preferred coming in for routes, or use BGP weight set on of the local links as more preferred etc there are few different ways
You could use ip sla to track a route upstream or physical interface but if you use BGP metrics it will automatically fail anyway to the less preferred circuit
Heres a good doc explains how to use them

sla shows how to track upstream route
