Is the link an 802.1q Trunk link?

Yes

"Unknown Protocol Drops" are generated by DTP and can be ignored.

Hi Leo Laohoo,
Thanks. Then what we can do for Output errors..?

The only "output errors" I see (that I am concerned about) is the Total Output Drops.
Is QoS or policy shaping enabled?

Hi Leo,
Not both. But flow-control is enabled.
