cisco rv320

I got the cisco Rv320 vpn setup on two location. I am able to ping to the gateways, and i can also able to ping to one of the client on router1 to router2 but not the other way. 

gateway1 -192.168.1.1 

gateway2 - 192.168.3.1

gateway2 can ping to gateway1 but not client 192.168.3.110. 

Can anyone please help me out.
