Clear commands for layer 3 uptime

When you issue a "sho ip eigrp neighbor" and the uptime says for example 10 hours.... is there a non-intrusive command to clear or reset that uptime without dropping the ckt via "clear service-module"?

I have mysteriously seen the uptime start over (along with the interface counters reset) without losing layer 3.

The uptime is how long since the neighbor relationship was last reset. So this time will be reset only when a neighbor relationship is reset.
