CME Call Forward to another extension for voicemail not working

Hi All,

I have Cisco Call Manager Express and Nevotek Server for Voice Mail.

Scenario: PSTN/Internal -->Reception Phone 1 ( Rings 4 ) --> Call Forward Busy/NO Answer -->Recpetion Phone 2 ( Rings 4) -> Go to Voice Mail of Reception Phone 2.

Problem : When we are dialing from PSTN/Internal it rings at Phone 1 then Phone 2 but it is going to Voice Mail of Phone1.As per Scenario we need it at Phone 2 Voice Mail.

Please advice.

Hi Shobhit,

Basein you info you are using  Nevotek Server for Voice Mail, I don't know if his voice mail system is 100 % complatible with CME. I you had unity express, this option would be configured in unity express GUI but it apply to all user; maybe there is something similar in your current voice mail system.
