Hi Team,
In our setup, we have 2 100 MB inputs, our motive is to combine 2 separate 100 MB to one LAN and our objective is to get 200 MB as output. We have 2 Cisco IP base Routers and we have to configure this in one any one routers.
Please share your suggestions how to combine 2 separate ISP links to one LAN outputs as 200 MB
Both 2 ISPs has Static Routes..

Thanks for your reply, but we have only IPbase IOS Router which will support only Static routing and will not support any Dynamic routing such a BGP , OSPF. We tried to Implement PBR but need some config for the same. Please helps us.
R1 - 100 MB - WAN gi0/1
R2 - 100 MB - WAN gi0/1
Objective :
R1 - 100 MB - WAN gi0/1
R1 - 100 MB - WAN gi0/2
R1 - 200 MB out - WAN Gi0/3

Hello Vignesh,
your devices are multilayer switches C3560 and not SW based routers running IP base of a rather old IOS image 12.2.25 SEB4.
Now, coming to your goals putting all the links on a single device is not a good idea it creates a single point of failure. It might provide better performance but in case the node fails you are isolated.
The Cisco 3560 being switches cannot perform NAT, however they should be able to support HSRP and M-HSRP multiple HSRP groups on same interface.
If these are internet connections some internal device performs NAT of internal networks and can send traffic to one or both C3560 devices.
In this case to achieve load balancing and stil keep fault tolerance is enough for the two Switches to implement two HSRP groups where C3560 R1 is the master for group 1 and C3560 is the master for HSRP group2.
The two groups must use two different VIPs addresses.
The internal devices then can take advantage of CEF based load balancing by simply using two default static routes
internal device:
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 <R1R2-VIP-1>
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 <R1R2-VIP-2>
Depending on the combination of IP source address and IP destination address each flow will use the first or the second path.
Both C3560 need to use pre-emption in both groups to be able to take over in cases the other router WAN interface fails.
In this way you shouldn't even use PBR to achieve usage of both links in upstream direction.
Note: on the return path traffic can come via a single link only or via both but with some unbalanced load.
There is nothing you can do about this unless both links are to the same ISP in that case also return path should be fairly balanced.
