I may be trying to compare apples to oranges but when I run a show interfaces serial 1/0 from my own router I get the following output, which shows a problem I'm having with input packets:

When I ask the ATT tech person to run this from the other side the output is different

So what I'm not seeing is something like:

2162023 input errors, 2137254 CRC, 0 frame, 17207 overrun, 30 ignored, 7562 abort

from the ATT side router output. Is there a different command to get this extra detail? I'm sorry but I don't know the
version of IOS on the ATT router but I'm guessing its probably somewhat current.

Hello,

it looks like the AT&T router is a Juniper router, so the output looks different.

That said, CRC and input errors usually point to a physical (cabling) problem...

Very indicative of a layer 1 issue.
