How the communication will take place if i have different tunnels up in two different spokes, for example, in spoke 1 I have tunnel 100 and tunnel 200 but for any reason only tunnel 100 is UP, and in spoke 2 I have the same tunnel 100 and tunnel 200 but only tunnel 200 is functional, how its going to communicate with each other. What have to be done to the communication occurs.
