HI sarvjit - All recent models of cisco routers support V.35 on their serial interfaces and the ASMi52 pair on one side supports V.35 and on the other side connects to carrier mux with G.703 interface.Same is true for HTU-E1 also which is a HDSL modem.
Or are you looking for a WAN interface card with built in CSU/DSU?

Ask your ISP if he can extend ethernet to your premises. The Cisco 1841 has 2 FE ports and you can terminate ISP link on 1 port and connect your LAN on the other. In this way you can avoid buying Modems.
As far as cost effective Modem alternative is concerned you can try Patton --- www.patton.com
