Dear Friends,
When i am executed wr mem or copy run startup, at the time i am getting following error, kindly assist me how solve this issues,
#copy running-config startup-config

- Try a reboot, if that does not help , use the latest advisory release (upgrade) , could be a software bug :

Thanks, Marce we did upgrade to the gold star 15.5 well the gold version for the 6800 switch and will let you know how i get on.

service compress-config
Check if that is still available...

Georg tried that already but im going to do what Marce advised or go through the config and remove some unnecessary configuration

an even older command used to be 'boot buffersize', not sure if that is still around...
