Configure Cisco 2821 to support 4G/LTE BackUp Circuit

Dear Forum members, anyone knows how to configure the 2nd WAN port to support 4G/LTE connectivity that will serve as the backup circuit to the primary MPLS circuit?

Needs to be 2nd generation cisco.. i.e. 2900 router, not a 2800
