I currently have a Cisco 891 running with a FTP running on port 21. I currently have the NAT from external IP to and internal IP 192.168.12.6 for port 21. And the firewall allowing that traffic through and client software is working fine. However I need this FTP to be running on port 990 and anytime I change the NAT and the firewall, the external FTP clients connect but then drop when recieving the directory listing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I forgot to ask, is the inspection of FTP setup as needed?
Thanks Again!

Jennifer,
Tried it... As soon as I set the access lists to external ip of fa8, I was not even able to get the connection to go through.
This was also none with the port-map and same results.
Any other thoughts.... Again, any help is appreciated....

Can you try to port map it to port higher than 1024? 990 is a well known port for sftp.
Try 9990 and see if it works.

Jennifer,
Sorry, but that didn't work either.... I have also tried port 2021, no luck.
