configure source based PAT?

Useing a 1700/VPN/k9 or a 2600 Router with FW feature set.

I am curios to know if there is a way to configure source based PAT,

such that the PAT changes depending on the source of the traffic.

Perhaps with multiple routemaps?

Example:

[ext source IP] [internal IP] [internal_port] [external IP] [external_port]

172.x.x.144 10.x.x.14 2000 192.168.x.14 2001

172.x.x.145 10.x.x.14 2001 192.168.x.14 2002

172.x.x.146 10.x.x.14 2000 192.168.x.14 2003

172.x.x.147 10.x.x.14 2001 192.168.x.14 2022

I am aware that this is ugly, however this is a legacy from a Linux IPtables firewall.

I think it is possible by using NAT or PAT, it is given in the below link explains with an exaple configuration.
