configuring Cisco 2600 new router

Hi all

i am new to networking so i need help from u.guyzz

i want to configure the router for internet access for hosts

this is the my pub ip x.x.x.174 and mask 255.255.255.252 this is isp given subnetmask

internal ip range is x.x.x.20-x.x.x.254

what i have to configure plshelp me..
