configuring Cisco 881 Ethernet Sec Router

I just got Cisco 881 Ethernet Sec Router.

i would like to know how to setup this device to achieve the following:

1. Connect to my ISP

2. Do NAT on the device

3. Setup  VPN to a remote site

Or hire a certfied professional for the job.

The second option will produce better results.
