Configuring NetFlow

r123
Level 1
Level 1

Hi, Guys In the following topology the clients are communicating together using a GRE tunnel and using VPN over IPsec. (GRE tunnel over IPsec). Now I am trying to monitor the WAN traffic of the backbone router of Site 1. I am currently using ManageEngine (Netflow) to monitor the traffic. Netflow has to be configured on the backbone router and traffic has to be sent from the internal network of site 2 to the internal network site 1. Note that cloud 1 is connected to a virtual machine which contains the ManageEngine (NetFlow). I tried to connect the cloud to Site_1 (router) but manager engine could not find the sensors. Kindly find attached all the configurations which were used in this topology. Thanks for your help Regards

Hi

I've had time accessing your files. Can you upload them again please?
Which router model are you using and which version?
Under your flow exporter, have you activated the command "output-features"?

Thanks
Francesco

Hi,

find attached a copy of my files and I am currently running Cisco c7200

Thanks a lot for your help

regards

OK I don’t see your file. I get the following message:

E4075248-2094-4D00-8AE2-767932774854.jpeg

I got this message for all 3 files.

Have you tried with output-features?

Can you juste paste the netflow config?

Also just to confirm your issue is only showing up when IPSEC is configure, can you remove IPSEC on your GRE tunnel and test if everything is working.

You’re using 7200 routers on GNS3 but which version?

Thanks
Francesco
