Connecting Cisco Router to Huawei H8546M ROUTER MODEM

Hello i use cisco 1841 as my router gateway configured with nat outside interface with ip addr as dhcp. recently we are changing isp and they are using Huawei HG8546M. it is having a fibre port as the wan interface and 4 lan ports as the LAN interface  but any time i connect my router outside interface to any of the lan ports i don have any link. please i need a guide on what to do please.

Did the new ISP provide any information about the Lan interfaces? Most especially about what speed are the interfaces, are the interfaces operating full duplex, are the interfaces expecting to negotiate the parameters or are they expecting the parameters to be configured?

If you changed the Router Huawei HG8546M, then you need to contact a relative forum for assistance.

Just guide, if you connect to PC for the same port as router, is the Pc works as expected.
