Are there any solution to connect VLAN 1002 configured in non-cisco switch to connect to Catalyst 6509?

You cannot use VLAN 1002 - 1005 for ethernet. They were reserved for FDDI / Token Ring.

Yes, use a DIFFERENT VLAN number.
As what Vivek has stated, VLAN 1002 to 1005 are reserved. There's no way for you to use this.
