Copy compact flash router 2921

I have 2 routers 2921. Out of which one cf is empty. How can i copy empty flash from the 2nd router which is working. I have tried using tftp but at last step it says that access denied. Pls guide me step by step

Have you tried a compact flash reader?

Not sure what step it is complaining over, but have You enabled the tftp-server command on the 2921 you are trying to copy from ?

How to enable tftp server command in 2921?
I have installed tftp server on a pc ip 10.10.10.20. And connected to
router 2921 gigabit ethernet port which ip is 10.10.10.10.
Command i use.
En
Copy flash tftp
File name...............
Remote host. 10.10.10.20
........error.......

Look at the router.
How many USB ports can you see?

2 usb ports plus one mini usb port

You can use the USB thumb drives to copy files around.
You can even boot IOS from supported USB thumb.

So how to copy cf from one router which is working to usb and then to cf of
the router which is empty.

Command: copy flash0:filename.ext usbflash0:

Done. Successfully copied flash0 to usbflash0.
Now pls tell me the command to copy from usb to flash1

copy usbflash0:filename.ext flash0:

Ok done.
Your first command worked and i have copied from flash to usb0.
Then i boot the router from usb. And removed flash0 which was ok. After
that i hv insert empty flash to flash0 slot.
Then ur 2nd command worked.
When flash was in slot 1 then
Copy usbflash0:(file name.ext) flash1 was not working.

yes now enabled tftp server from windows features. And now its work
