Corrupted ios 2600 router

Please i need a help, i´m trying to access my router 2600 series and it´s keeps show me an erros loop.

what can i do?

Someone is playing a trick.  

The baud rate has been reset to another value other than 9600.

Using your console software, try the highest baud rate and move your way down until you get it right.

... also number of databits and/or parity may be changed.

If you will fail to set the Tera Term to the same parameters as configured within 2600 then

1. try network access (telnet/ssh) if configured
2. reset to factory default then restore configuration from backup
