how can I open a crashinfo file

Hello,

You can do "more flash:crashinfo_blah"

or

you can tftp that crashinfo file and use a notepad or wordpad to open it. However, it will be unusable to you since the traceback and it's in hexadecimal form, you need to open a TAC case so that they can decode it for analysis.

Run a copy of the crash file through cisco's output interpreter. This will give you a good idea of what caused the crash.
