Hi,
I see a lot of input CRC(cyclic redundancy check) errors on the serial port(1-Tcard) when I run the "show interface" command. Should I ignore it or try a new interface 1Tcard to eliminate the errors.

Hello, you can have a try with show controllers T1 and see if it is giving a lot of clock slips . the try to contact services provider. (clear counters and check this)

Hi Harish
I am not using a T1 card. I am using an HWIC-1T serial card. I had used the clear counter command earlier but still it is giving some errors but only a few. Can I afford to ignore it since no users are complaining and I beleive in crc errors the transmiting router will have to resend the packets.
