I have a number of CSR1000v routers in AWS all currently running the Cisco TAC recommended code which 17.3.4a but this hasn't changed since 2021 despite a number of high rated vulnerabilities.
Is there a reason Cisco TAC are not moving their recommended version of code

- I don't want to 'mr smart guy' here but your best option is to query TAC on the subject ; the more fundamental point being that issues related to security and vulnerabilities in a business context , require an authoritative response ,

I tried that but that but TAC didn't recognize the serial numbers. If I have a valid license for CSR1000v's, registered on the license portal, do I need some support of contract in addition? There is no Cisco hardware involved.

- Ask the same question to TAC also ,
