CSS11503 and Weblogic 7.0.4

Hi,

Our Weblogic Application Server does not detect when the idle tcp connection is terminated by the content switch. Thus it does not try and reconnect.

Is this behavior because of the fact that CSS sents a hard tcp rst on reclaiming an idle tcp connection and not a tcp fin.

If so what can we do diffrently to prevent this. Are there any other reasons why we might have this issue.

Can using permanent port solve the issue? Being quite new to the CSS world, the working of content switch are not very clear to us.

Remove all sticky configurations from the CSM, so that you will achieve round robin balance. By doing this, existing sessions will continue to be sent to the same server . so all traffic including the disconnection syslog message will also be seen.
