Dear All,
Can any one help me to know how the packet is passed in between one router to another via wan link i mean to ask whether one router use MAC address of another router's interface or is their any other situation.Please let me know.

Hi,
There are too many situations to mention here, beside generally speaking wan links do not use MAC address at all.
