Hi guys, I'm so at a loss now and have been spending all day trying to find out what went wrong with my network design. I just hope somebody could shed some light on this.
So I'm designing a network that connects two campuses together via the Cloud (Frame relay). I started off by using 192.168.xxx.xxx (Big mistake I know, since it's not enough to handle large amount of users) but then I decided to change all the IP addresses to 172.10.xxx.xxx.
Anyways I'm having an issue where I can't ping any devices in the main campus network from the devices in Shah Alam campus and vice versa after applying EIGRP on Shah Alam router. No matter how much I try, it keeps saying destination unreachable. I even tried applying EIGRP with the new IP addresses on the main campus router but it still didn't work. It used to work flawlessly with the 192.168.xxx.xxx. Now that I have changed the IP addresses using the same method as before (assigning IP addresses, applying EIGRP, working fine with 192.168.xxx.xxx) all of a sudden all the devices have stopped being able to ping to the other campus and vice versa. I've checked to make sure there's no mistyped IP addresses, including the default gateways. I've tried restarting Packet Tracer and even my computer, but still it doesn't make any difference. I've been spending hours trying to figure what went wrong but I still have no clue.
I have attached the file to this post for your review. Could you help me point out where I did wrong and correct my mistakes if possible?
I would really really appreciate your help. Thank you so much.

Hello @JhNG
few things to adjust first concerning Frame relay configuration.
On Cloud-PT you should have this:
and this:
On Main_campus_router, interface serial 1/0:
On Shah_Alam_Campus, interface serial 1/0:
Ping between these two routers through serial link should be ok !

Hello @JhNG
As concerned routing betwwen the two routers of the two campus, by EIGRP:
Each router will learn subnet now ; check with #
show ip route
command

Here @JhNG
Open, do no shutdown before on serial 1/0 of each routers!

Thanks for your prompt reply, I appreciate it. I did exactly as per your snapshots but I still have the same issue. And I'm also getting destination unreachable. Any idea what's happening?

Omg it worked!! It's so weird because I compared to mine, did triple checks and the settings are all the same. I just don't get why it doesn't wanna work on my end.
Anyways I'll just keep learning and figuring it out. Thanks a lot I'm super grateful for your help!
