Equipment: Cisco Aironet 1242AG 12.3(8)JA
I have two 1242's one as a AP the other as a workgroup bridge. I want to run DHCP between the two devices (not necessarily using either as the DHCP server) but I don't know how. I don't see anything in the GUI that allows for this but maybe there is something in the IOS that can be done from the console.
Also, when I try to setup a VLAN between the two, using Native, my Cisco 186 ATA's start performing poorly. Sometimes the phone rings, sometimes it doesn't. Remove the VLAN, works perfect. Any suggestions?
