Dial backup Hardware Requirements

Hi All,

I am trying to setup a dial backup over POTS. I wanted to know if the hardware listed would be sufficient or if there are any concerns:

Cisco 2821 router with WIC-1AM-V2

Cisco 1811 Router with built in v.92 modem

the V.92 modem in 1811 fits your needs too
