Different EoS/EoL Dates for Same Device?

Hello,

Researching Eos/EoL dates on different devices on our network and found this information for 2801 routers:

First, these EoS/EoL dates here:

(30-Jan-2013 to 31-Jan-2018)

Then I find these completely different EoS/EoL dates here:

(1-Nov-2011 to 31-Oct-2016)

Am I comparing apples to oranges? Is one referencing the first EoS/EoL for any component of a 2801 and the other the chassis? Or something else? Maybe the second URL shown above is for bundles only?

I guess the real question is - when is support for this router ending? October 31st of 2016 or January 31st of 2018?

How's the first URL related to the 2801 router?  I can only see docs related to the Catalyst 3560-48TS switch...

I have replaced URL with the correct one - had several screens open and pasted the wrong one.

I agree that this is confusing. What I believe that I am seeing is that the second URL is about a set of specific products and table 2 shows the specific products to which the earlier date applies and the first URL is more generic about 2800 and applies to 2800 products not included in table 2 of the more specific URL.

So if your specific router(s) match the entries in table 2 of the second URL then the 2016 date applies and if your router(s) do not match anything in table 2 then you probably can use the 2018 date.
