differrent voltage in line card ws-6704

I see differrent voltage in line card ws-6704.

Iam afraid of something went wrong with my 6500 switch. two 6500 switch is redundant.

Pls help me.

Hello Duyendaica,

the two WS-6704 are powered at same voltage 42 V  (@42V in the title) they are drawing a different electrical current (7.03 Ampere versus 8.98 Ampere) as a result of this they are using a different amount of power.

How many 10GE ports are active in each module?

With what optics are equipped the different ports?

if you make a show module and you compare the hardware revision are they the same or not?

Are the uptimes of the two chassis comparable ?

I can see they use the same number of interface and same hardware revision

about up time:

Switch 1: Core-6509-01 switched to active is 2 weeks, 3 days, 9 hours, 45 minutes

Switch 2: Core-6509-02 switched to active is 2 weeks, 3 days, 9 hours, 52 minutes
