This is not reallly a problem, but I am just curious. Please see attachments. This was delivered with a new router with a E3 interface. What is it? What is it good for?

It is a cisco suprise!!!
Kind of like opening up a box of cereal and finding the toy inside.
This is different, never seen that before.
