don't recognize an IOS tftp download return code

Anyone know what the '00000' means in this return code?? Can't find it in CCO.

I think, the O means you received a packet out of order. (Not 100% sure if thats what it is).

can u do a quick try using FTP instead of TFTP here ?

sometime back i did face same error msg similar to this 000 while tftping an image,got it rectified using ftp after that,but not sure whether that can help/solve your case :-(
